The paper De-novo discovery of differentially abundant transcription factor binding sites including their positional preference has been published in PLoS Computational Biology.

Workshop
The first Jstacs workshop will be held on May, 19th in room 5.09 at the Institute of Computer Science at Martin Luther University Halle. Besides a general introduction to Jstacs, information on new features of Jstacs 1.5, and talks of Jstacs users, we will have a discussion on future directions of Jstacs.
